Positions: Att. Udi Efron is a partner and head of the firm's Securities & Capital Markets department specializing in the representation of public companies traded on the Tel Aviv stock exchange in different sectors of the Israeli market. Udi specializes in raising capital including through public offerings, private offerings and tender offers. Likewise, Udi provides ongoing as well as transactional legal counsel to public and private companies on matters of securities and corporate law. Udi Efron has been named as one of the best securities & capital markets lawyers in Israel by the daily newspaper Ma'ariv. Before joining M. Firon & Co. Udi served as a team leader in the corporate finance department at the Israel Securities Authority and was a member of the professional department thereof.
