Joined FBC in 1999. Prior to joining the firm worked in a leading Tel Aviv litigation firm. Specializes in all aspects of competition and antitrust matters: complex litigation, including class action litigation in various proceedings and instances, including before the Trade Restrictions Court, the Antitrust Commissioner, and civil and criminal courts; mergers & acquisitions; investments and agreements containing restrictive provisions; matters involving potential restrictive trade practices; abusive behavior; creation and implementation of antitrust compliance programs for companies. Represents leading companies in a wide range of industries, including the banking, insurance, retail, communications, agriculture and automobile sectors. Called upon frequently to comment on antitrust issues, and periodically lectures on antitrust matters at the Israel Bar Association and before various legal and business forums. Recently ranked by the international magazine GCR as being the only Israeli among the 50 top international lawyers under the age of 40 who are leaders in the area of business restrictions. In 2009, she was selected by the international publication Global Competition Review as the only Israeli attorney (other than those in academic positions) of 100 leading antitrust attorneys worldwide. Was invited in 2004 by the Israeli Antitrust Authority to act as a non-governmental advisor to the European Commission at the International Competition Network.
