His clients include private and public companies, venture capital funds and individuals. Combines his experience at SRK with over ten years of experience at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, one of the world's leading business law firms, and seven years of multifaceted experience as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Sapiens International Corporation, a NASDAQ reporting company with global operations. Represents his clients in negotiations with Fortune 500 companies worldwide and works closely with premier financial institutions on private and public financing transactions and SEC reports. In addition, dedicates a portion of his time to pro bono activities. He is the founder and leader of the Israel Bar Association's pro bono clinic in Rehovot.
