Att. Sharon Adler's main fields of practice are Project Finance & Infrastructure Development, PPP Projects and Construction Projects. Att. Adler possesses in-depth knowledge and experience regarding all stages pertaining to B.O.T./P.P.P Projects and as such provides comprehensive legal counsel to clients whether in their capacity as concessionaire or contractor regarding all aspects thereof, including concession, financing, construction and operation. Att. Adler has counseled some of Israel's largest construction projects built during the last decade, such as the Jerusalem Light Train and Cross Israel Highway. He also possesses vast experience in counseling commercial ventures and companies on a wide range of corporate and commercial issues, including pension and investment funds, high-tech companies (public and private) and real estate ventures. Att. Adler is a member of the Governing Committee of the Israel Bar Association (Jerusalem District).
