Joined FBC in 1999 as a co-managing partner. Leads FBC's Litigation and Antitrust practice areas. In addition to participating in high-profile antitrust and commercial litigation, has handled major M&A transactions that have played significant roles in Israeli industry during recent years. Specializes in the Communications and Intellectual Property areas. Mr. Behar's clients include many of Israel's leading "blue chip" enterprises, as well as major foreign corporations doing business in Israel. He represents Israeli companies in international transactions, litigation, and arbitrations. Editor and member of the editorial board of the "Mishpatim" Law Review, 1976-1980.
