Attorney Renato Jarach, former head of the High Court of Justice Litigation Department in the Main Office of the State Attorney, Ministry of Justice, is the head of the firm's Administrative department. His main area of practice is Constitutional & Administrative Law with particular emphasis on litigation before the High Court of Justice, Administrative suits, Class Actions and Zoning & Town Planning Litigation. Renato is also involved in various aspects of Public Tenders. Renato represents various Israeli and foreign firms and companies and tried hundreds of cases before the courts of the State of Israel in a large variety of commercial, administrative and civil disputes, including international bids, and also before the Israeli Labor Tribunals in industrial matters. Among his hundreds of clients are municipalities, governmental companies and statutory corporations, large companies and others, as well as overseas clients, including large Italian companies. In addition Attorney Jarach specializes in ongoing legal counseling and in commercial and civil litigation, and is thus able to provide his clients with broad perspective legal services.
