Positions:
Partner at FBC's corporate practice group. Mr. Tepper has a diverse corporate practice, encompassing mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate finance and general corporate matters. He has represented public and private acquirers and target companies, private equity firms and investment banks in a variety of domestic and international merger and acquisition transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, securities transactions and other corporate matters. In addition, provides day-to-day counseling to the firm's technology clients with a particular focus on life science and medical service providers, playing a key role in advising clients in all stages of their development, from start up through public offering. Prior to rejoining FBC in 2004, Mr. Tepper spent several years as an associate in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he was involved in a number of significant merger and acquisition transactions.
