Positions:
Served as Vice President of the District Court of Haifa in charge of the Administrative Court and head of the Water Tribunal. Served as Tax Judge. A member of Rotary Israel and serves as Chairman of the Ethics Committee of the Rotary Club Haifa. Served as Chairman of "Israeli Constitution by Consensus ", Haifa District (together with Prof. Edry). Serves as Chairman of the Taxation Committee, Israel Bar Haifa District and Chairman of the municipal team of the committee. Chairman of the State of Israel quarry committee. Chairman of the tax reform committee of Eilat municipality and Netanya municipality. Former chairman of a National Tribunal of Inquiry regarding the Israeli water economy. Chairman of the Israel Bar Committee for classification of law faculties of academic institutions.
