Profile:
After a number of years in which attorneys Zion Levy and David Abadi were partners in one of the largest law firms in Israel, they established, together with attorney Yoram Evron, the firm of Levy, Abadi, Evron & Co. In May 2010, the Law firm of Dr. Sarah Presenti & Eran Presenti joined LAE & Co. The firm employs 12 attorneys. LAEP is engaged in all fields of civil commercial law, with an emphasis on commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, investments and capital raising, the ongoing accompaniment and representation of various corporate entities (antitrust, labor law, intellectual property, and representation in transactions, conducting negotiations, and such) administrative law, real estate and insurance transactions.
