Att. Sarov co-leads M. Firon's activities in Eastern Europe through the firm's international joint venture firm, Firon Bar-Nir (Europe) & Co. In such capacity, Jacob represents a broad range of leading Israeli and international companies in activities that include commercial, residential and hotel real estate acquisition and development transactions, as well as dealing with the corporate law issues that arise from such transactions, for example, establishing the corporate structure of the entities involved and the drafting and negotiation of joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements and share purchase agreements. Att. Sarov represents foreign investors regarding natural resource projects in Israel. Att. Sarov is the firm's representative vis-a-vis Interlaw, the international association of independent, quality-monitored, commercial law firms. In 1996-1998 he worked in the international corporate department at Proskauer Rose - one of New York's leading law firms.
