Positions: Att. Hedva Cohen-Haramaty's main field of practice is Commercial, Civil & Tax Litigation. She specializes in commercial and civil litigation, business disputes of all types, such as contractual claims, misrepresentation and fraud, corporate and banking disputes and complex employment law issues. Her practice focuses primarily on the defense of financial institutions in Israel and on other matters involving structured finance, securities, banking and diverse experience in other areas.
