The firm’s practice includes representation before government ministries and regulatory agencies such as the Ministry of Finance, Israel Tax Authorities, Israel Securities Authority, Israeli Restrictive Trade Practices Authority, Office of the Chief Scientist, Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Israel Government Companies Authority and the Bank of Israel. The firm also focuses on high-profile litigation across the spectrum of commercial and corporate disputes. The firm also represents clients in commercial real estate investment, development, financing, leasing, zoning and land use matters.
GKH’s legal staff consists of more than 110 attorneys; including over 20 internationally licensed attorneys with work experience in the United States and England. At GKH, a partner is responsible for overseeing all the activities of each client and is the principal contact point for the client, as well as the administrative supervisor of the account. In handling more complex assignments, attorneys from two or more departments frequently work together. Under the principle of a “one stop shop”, GKH attorneys practising in corporate, tax, securities and employee benefits may collaborate to advise clients with respect to a specific transaction or in connection with ongoing legal needs.
