Eliot's most representative assignments include: Advising several leading international investment banks in connection with opening offices in Israel. Advising numerous leading international investment banks and securities firms on offering financial products (derivatives, etc.) and financial services (investment advice, discretionary managed products, etc.) in Israel. Prior to joining HFN, Eliot practiced law at Herbert Smith, a leading commercial law firm in the City of London, where he specialized in corporate tax and published articles on the subject (1989-1994).
