Positions:
Adv. Dr. Tal Tirosh is a partner in our Corporate Transactions Group. Tal's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. Tal has extensive experience in structuring and leading cross border transactions representing public and private, international and domestic companies. Tal also represents venture capital funds in all aspects of their investment activities and advises high-tech companies in a wide variety of commercial transactions, including venture financing transactions, joint ventures and strategic collaborations and distribution and marketing arrangements. In addition, Tal provides ongoing legal advice to both private and publicly-held companies on general corporate and a variety of commercial matters. Prior to joining S. Friedman as a partner in 2012, Tal worked as a senior corporate associate at another leading Israeli law firm and prior to that, Tal worked for eight years as a corporate associate at the New York offices of David Polk & Wardwell LLP and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher. Tal earned her JSD from Yale University Law School where her research focused on questions relating to software markets' competition.
