One of the senior partners of the firm and a member of the firm's management committee. An experienced lawyer in the areas of maritime competition law and in conference, corporate joint venture and consortia agreements as well as charter-party and charter-party disputes on behalf of vessel interests. A long experience in shipbuilding, vessel financing and vessel sale and purchase agreements, both for Israeli and foreign clients. Has been involved in many of Israel's largest real estate transactions in recent years, and has extensive experience representing both developers and major contractors in all aspects of the development process.
