Joined the firm upon moving to Israel in 2006 after working as a tax attorney for Morrison & Foerster in New York. Partner in the Corporate Department. Mr. Sabban advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, fund formation and investments and public offerings. Mr. Sabban represents international corporations in their Israeli activities, local venture capital and private equity funds, and Israeli companies of all sizes, ranging from large public companies to start-ups.
