Co-managing partner of FBC. Joined the firm in the early 1980s, and has played a leading role in its development and growth. Led the Firm in identifying the hi-tech sector as the key to the Firm's expansion and success. Alongside his legal career, serves as the Deputy Chairman of IDB Holdings, Israel's largest holding company, and Co-CEO of Clal Industries and Investments, one of IDB's two principal subsidiaries, focusing on the hi-tech, bio-tech, real estate and trade sectors. Co-founder and co-chairman of Ganden Holdings Ltd., a holding company that holds a controlling interest in IDB Holdings. Member of the Board of Directors in many publicly held companies. In addition, involved in charitable activities and is one of the founders and Co-Chairman of Matan, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting programs that improve the conditions and prospects of people in need. Matan is the largest Israeli organization of its kind. "Tel Aviv Law Review" - member of the editorial board, 1981-1983.
