Has been with the firm for more than twenty years, focusing upon representing vessel interests and all of the major P&I clubs in maritime litigation and dispute resolution. Has vast experience in structuring, negotiating and drafting joint-venture charter and slot charter agreements between shipping interests. Has been engaged on behalf of vessel interests in the areas of marine insurance law and related issues such as, GA, salvage and related arbitrations and litigation, regularly advising P&I clubs and foreign insurers on various issues related to Israeli law. Experienced in acting for clients before the Haifa Admiralty court and regularly conducts arbitrations before the Maritime Arbitration Association in London. A member of the Seaman's Disciplinary Tribunal of the Israeli Ministry of Transport and a supporting member of the LMAA (London Maritime Arbitrators Association).
