Positions:
Joined FBC in 1999. He is currently the Managing Partner and leads the firm's Real Estate practice. Focuses on planning and execution of large-scale real estate projects in Israel, real estate-related financings and real property tax matters. Acts as legal counsel for many leading Israeli developers, construction companies and investors in real estate projects in Israel and abroad. Has been involved in the largest real estate transactions in the Israeli market, and represents major hotel chains and management companies in a variety of transactions in the hotel and tourism industry.
